FIX’M Home Repairs, LLC was started in 1990 as a warranty division of Loren Imhoff Homebuilder, Inc.  Its services were limited to addressing small maintenance tasks for new homeowners.  The word quickly spread that there was a reliable home repair service in the Madison/Dane County area and what started as an adjunctive service to existing clients, has turned into a staff of highly skilled and fully equipped service technicians ready to arrive at your door.

Today, many of our phone calls to FIX’M start with “I don’t know if you can help me, but I have a problem”  - usually we can help.  Our office staff is well-versed in home repair problems and is ready to guide you towards just the right solution.
